Are the works original?

Yes, all available pieces are original works or limited editions by the artist, with a certificate of authenticity.

Does the image presented on the site accurately represent the work?

The image is an exact representation of the artwork, but it has no contractual value. We can send you additional images upon request.

If the artwork you ordered doesn't meet your expectations, we're truly sorry. Once you receive the artwork, you have 30 days to return it, with the exception of digital artworks, which cannot be returned.

How long does it take to deliver my order?
  • We typically ship orders within 7-10 days of purchase.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the country of origin and destination of the purchased products, and whether a framing or stretching option has been added to your order.
  • For digital pieces, the download time will be a maximum of 24 hours.
I changed my mind, how do I return my order?
  • If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return of the product within 30 days of receiving your order .
  • CASA MIED is not responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once your item has been delivered, you can request a return by contacting your Customer Service Specialist.
Is it safe to buy from your online gallery?

Yes, we work with 100% secure payment platforms protected with SSL encryption.

Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and, in some cases, financed installment payments.

How can I sell my works in the gallery?

We offer various subscription plans for artists, as well as training to boost the sale of their artwork. Simply choose an available plan or apply. Our team will review your proposal.
